I have been in the Direct Sales industry for a few years and think it is a great option for a side hustle, or full-time gig when you have a chronic illness. Today, though, let’s look at how to create a facebook fan page for your direct sales business. Of course, this can be used for any business, but it does have a heavily Direct Sales focus.
The importance of having a Facebook Fan Page
It is very important to have a Facebook fan page for your Direct Sales business. There are a number of reasons for this including:
- Being more searchable on Google – if you create your fan page as a local business then your Facebook page will appear in Google searches for your town (this happens once SEO has had time to work it’s magic and isn’t immediate).
- You can link your Facebook fan page to your personal profile – this means that when people find you on Facebook they can see your business quickly, too.
- It’s a great place for marketing – it’s free and easy to use as a permanent ‘advert’ for your business (you can actually run paid Facebook ads through your page, too.)
- You can now link a group to a business page, too. This is great ensuring your VIP group and your fan page are connected.
